Because of their size, cards are difficult to mail. You either need a card carrier to mount the card to or leave the card loose in the envelope. In most cases, there is a matching problem; the personalization on the letter needs to match that of the card. In small
quantities, it means a lot of hand work. If quantities are in the 25,000 range per mailing, you can outsource to a card mailing service which has the equipment to “personalize and match-affix” the card to the paper document.

But with Permacard Mailer, there is no match-affixing needed because the personalization on the card set show through the window envelope. That means accompanying documents do not need to be personalized.
